Ahh…Customers. In 2007, I started blogging under the title called, “They Talk Back.” I did so because Customers are the ultimate challenge in business. They demand things, they return items, they talk back to us. Yes, they can be difficult. However, they are also the sole reason for our existence!
We cannot exist as a business without them and so we need them. I feel very strongly about Customer Service and have found that I tend to capitalize the word “Customer” so as to emphasize their importance.
It’s a style of mine and while it may not be grammatically correct, it drives home my point. Thanks for humoring me.
