As 2009 winds down and we enter 2010, it is time to look forward to a great year of Customer Service. While we are still in the midst of a Recession (I know that technically we may be out of it, however, try telling that to the millions of unemployed people), one good thing has come out of it!
Companies now know that they cannot take their Customers for granted. They must outperform their competition if they are to survive and to thrive!
As we move forward into a new year, I invite you to follow us on a Customer Service Odyssey. From the comfort of your computer, we will seek out the good, the bad and the just plain ugly. We will share the companies that captivate and enthrall their Customers. We will also show ones that, well, could do much better.
It will be entertaining and we will learn from it, I promise you that.
For now, enjoy the New Year, watch Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest and the ball drop in New York City! Be safe, have fun, and capitalize the word Customer.
