By this point in your on-line adventures, you may have wised up to the fact that the Nigerian Prince is NOT going to give you his royal fortune if you will just send him your back account information. There are, however, plenty of other fake claims going on that, unfortunately, affect real businesses today.
For instance, coupons circulate on-line that state a business is giving away something for free. A free sandwich, free item from their store, etc. Sadly, most of those coupons are fake.
Which leads to a Customer Service issue. What do you do when your Customer brings in a coupon such as this and asks for their free sandwich?
Do you give them one? Do you turn them away? If so, how do you?
