Are You As Good As You Say You Are?

Customer Surveys - The Other Side of the CoinFact – We all think we are better than we are.

OK, not all of us.  However, as businesses, we often assess our Customer Service as something greater than would our clientele.

Which leads us to ignore the glaring mistakes that sabotage our business.

Which leads us to cry out, “What, oh wise and great one are we to do?”

Ahem, well, the answer is simple.  Ask our Customers.  Surveys, stopping people with a clipboard and asking them, focus groups…they all provide what we do not have – information on how we are doing.

So stop reading and go ask your Customers what they think!
