Can You Really Afford To Lose Any Customers?

It takes 7 times more time and money to get a new Customer than retain an existing oneStudies show that it costs 7 times more to get* a new Customer than it does to retain an existing one. In today’s troubled dismal economy, we can’t really afford to lose any of our current Customers, so we better work on keeping the ones we already have.

Take a good, hard look at your company, your products and your service. From the Customer’s point of view.  Are you doing all you can?

*recruit, sell, whatever you do to get a new Customer
