Humanize Your Online Customer ServiceEveryone is trying to lower costs and as a result, Customer Service often falls to the bottom of the priority heap. (Yes, at this point, it is no longer a pile, but rather, just a heap.)

One idea that was shared with me recently is to Humanize Your Customer’s On-line Experience.

The concept is to add video capabilities (if possible) so that your Customers can actually see someone on the other side.

Granted, not all Customers will have the technological infrastructure, nor may some even have the desire to attempt a video connection, however, it seems logical that the company that pioneers this idea will leap ahead in the Customer Service area of on-line interactions.
