Today’s technology makes it easy.  Check out this service from the Atlanta Airport which allows Passengers (Customers) to sign up for alerts which lets them know how long the wait time is for the Security lines.

Information.  Text Alerts.  On Your Cell Phone or Blackberry.  Nice.
