I received a hot tip today from Phil Gerbyshak and immediately wanted to share it.  A great article illustrated four points which can help make your online Customer Service as great as your in-person Customer Service.

1. Give Each Customer a Personal Response
2. Be Clear, But Sincere
3. Offer Live Customer Support
4. Make Sure Your Support Reps Have All the Answers

They all add up to ensuring that your Customer Service is personal, even when it is broken down into zeros and ones.
