Be Prepared!

boy_scout_with_oathThe Boy Scouts had it right.  Be prepared. When dealing with Customers, something always can, and often does, go wrong.

When it does, you have to be prepared.  Whether it’s having a Plan B, just ensuring that you have enough items in stock to meet your Customers’ needs, or training your staff to deal with certain situations, you must Be Prepared.
