I have written about this Customer Service Tip before, and I definitely feel like this one is worth taking another look at. It is so easy to tell your customer where to find something, but it really makes you stand out when you walk them to the item.
My team is working long hours in another state for a week and tonight, we took them all out to eat after a grueling 11 hour day. I got up to ask where the restroom was located and the host didn’t merely point me towards the restroom, but actually walked me to it.
Yeah. A little more than what most places would do. Nice.
