Tip 12 – By Any Means Necessary

Since you are reading this, I am going to assume that you are technically blessed and enjoy the benefits or not only a computer and Internet connection, but because you are reading a Blog, I will also presume that you speak geek.  That the words Facebook, Twitter, Stumble, Digg and Linked In mean something to you. As such, this Customer Service tip should resonate loud and clear with a focus on technology.

Customer Service Tip # 12 – Use any and all means necessary to establish contact with your Customer.

Sometimes your customers look for you (they call, they email, they stand in line) and sometimes you have to go look for them.  What does that mean, you ask?

It means that you should find your Customers and visit them.  Call them and check on them.  Email them to let them know you are concerned about them as Customers.  Search them out online and network with them.  Use any and all communication vehicles to establish contact with them.  Often.  So they remember you.
