The hardest part of business is….the Customers. They talk back, they return things, they let you know when they are not happy. And, as I have pointed out countless times in presentations and online, they also pay our bills!
So, let them talk back. There is valuable information to be found in their feedback. In fact, my first blog was named “they talk back” because I wanted to highlight the fact that Customers do talk back and they give us valuable information.
