Customer Service Tip #6 – Do What You Say You Will

Yesterday, I said you would get another tip in 24 hours or less. Here we are.

OK, this is a pretty simple concept.  Do what you say you will do. Period.  In actuality, that’s it.  That’s the whole tip.

Now, here is  the bonus tip (yes, an extra tip, at no charge!).  This strategy applies to not only Customer Service and Business, but also to relationships and life as well.  Try it, and your image will soar.  Talk about personal branding!
