It’s Thursday, Do You Know What Your Customers Are Saying About You On FaceBook

By virtue of you reading  this, we acknowledge that the way we communicate has changed drastically over the last 5 and 10 years.  Whether you find this post on my webpage or via an RSS feed, the fact is  that we are now able to discuss, blog, gripe and provide Customer Service feedback 24/7 and from anywhere.

After getting a great linkfrom Phil Gerbyshak about Social Media and Business, I headed over to Chris Brogan’s website to read about how Twitter, Facebook, Google and the Web 2.0 are, no, make that have changed the way we communicate.
