What Can You Do More For Your Customers?

Yesterday, we went into my favorite Grocery Store (Raley’s) to get a few things for a Halloween Party.  As we worked our way through the different areas, a store manager saw us browsing in the Natural and Organics aisles and started talking to us. He introduced himself and explained that they could also order many things that we may want but do not see on their shelves.  In other words, he wanted to get our business so that we would shop with him and perhaps, not other natural foods stores.

This was great news!  We loved it.  He did not bash anyone nor say anything negative about his competitors, he merely introduced a concept that we saw value in.

Chalk another one up for great Customer Service!
