This weekend, I will be travelling to Dallas, Texas to attend the HDI World Conference on Technical Customer Support. This is my third time attending, with previous trips to the conferences in Orlando and Las Vegas. Each year I go, I look forward to it for weeks, no, months as this is simply the most customer service focused conference of its kind anywhere in the world.
With 100 speakers packed into 4 days, the largest Vendor Expo Hall of its kind, and keynotes that leave you inspired and motivated to do more and to be a better person, I’ll be sharing more about my trip, so check back soon.
