According to a poll by MSN , anywhere from 20 to 40 percent of respondents have a poor opinion of the service the “Bottom 10″ companies provided them.
No surprisingly, a large portion these companies are mostly service oriented (cable, phone, Internet) with large call centers where customers encounter IVR mazes that leave them confused, frustrated and often, downright angry.
In fact, sites such as Get Human now exist to help us all bypass the endless waits and actually talk to a live person. Unfortunately, we sometimes bypass the computer systems only to connect with a person that cannot solve our issues.
So, based on sites like this and polls like that above, can we really say that Customer Satisfaction is that bad?
I’d love to hear from you either way.
Thanks for reading,
Brandon
